Privacy Policy

This site is the official Shadowrocket website and guide. This policy applies to webpages on shadowrocket18.com and use of site navigation. It does not replace the Shadowrocket app’s own data disclosures or Apple’s privacy rules for its store, accounts, and purchase transactions.

1. Website Services and Data Scope

This site uses static pages to explain how to verify a genuine copy, use the app, and configure it. It has no visitor registration, email collection, or file upload forms. You can read the guide without submitting your name, phone number, payment details, or Apple Account credentials. This site does not provide node services or offer, sell, or recommend subscriptions or server resources. Tutorials explain only how to use subscription or server details you already have.

When your browser requests a webpage, the site’s hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, page path, response status, and browser identifier. This information is used to deliver pages, diagnose access errors, and maintain operational security. These request details are separate from connection records in the app. Site pages cannot read Shadowrocket configurations, server passwords, subscription URLs, or proxy traffic.

2. Site Analytics and Their Purpose

Site analytics help us understand how visitors read and navigate the pages. This may include pages viewed, referral categories, browser and device types, and clicks on links such as the App Store link. Analytics help assess whether tutorials are easy to find, identify broken links, and improve the site structure. They are not used to determine which connection service an individual visitor uses.

When you click an App Store button on the app verification page, the page may record a store-link click. This does not indicate that a purchase was completed and contains no payment result. The analytics available may vary depending on browser settings, network conditions, and the configuration in use. You do not need to provide identifying information for site analytics. We will not ask you to include account passwords, subscription credentials, or other sensitive information in URLs or feedback.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

Static pages do not necessarily mean that your browser stores no data. Whether analytics set cookies, what identifiers they store, and how long they remain depends on the analytics configuration in use. The hosting service may also use essential technical identifiers for security. This policy does not promise a single fixed storage period for every visit.

The page directory, expandable FAQs, and navigation work mainly through page-level state. Section anchors in the URL help you find content and are not account identifiers. You can view, delete, or restrict this site’s cookies and local storage in your browser’s site data settings. Clearing them may reset saved preferences or affect analytics continuity, but it does not change your App Store purchase history.

4. App Store Links and Purchases

Shadowrocket is available exclusively on Apple platforms, and the App Store product page is the only way to get it: App Store product page. Apple operates that page. When you click the link, your browser or device sends a request to Apple. Apple’s terms and privacy rules govern its data handling, account verification, payments, and refunds.

This site does not process payments, collect bank card details, or use analytics to look up individual transactions. A one-time purchase of the app is not a subscription to a network service. Purchase eligibility, device compatibility, system requirements, and current pricing are as listed on the App Store page. For the steps to verify the app, see the genuine app verification guide.

5. Policy Updates and Usage Notes

If our data handling, analytics methods, or page features change, we will update the relevant terms on this page and revise the last-updated month at the top. Information about any new data collection purpose should be provided when the relevant feature is introduced. Check this page before using an affected feature again; do not rely on an older version to understand current data practices.

For questions about permissions, connections, or configuration, start with the user guide. When troubleshooting, avoid sharing full subscription URLs, passwords, QR codes, or logs containing personal information. This site has no form for collecting these details. Do not include sensitive information in page URLs or pass it through site link parameters.
